Executive Director of Rich-Oak Life Initiative, Oluwatosin Idu-Okojokwu gets enrollment into the Prestigious GE’DA Fellowship Program.

Rich-Oak Life initiative, a non-profit organization focused on financial and economic inclusion, gender equality, and social inclusion by enabling access to the underserved is excited to announce the enrollment of her ED into the esteemed GE’DA 2023 fellowship Cohort 5 program.

A statement issued by the Program Director of the organization, Dr. Agbaji Orinya says, this strategic move reflects our commitment to fostering innovation, professional development, and collaboration within the civic space both locally and globally.

The GE’DA Fellowship Program is an African Social Innovators Bootcamp designed to strengthen the capacity of third-sector leaders in Africa. It is a digital 6-month intensive professional leadership development program that offers a unique opportunity to become impact investment-ready and develop the skills that are required to lead a sustainable enterprise, increase personal and brand visibility, be mentored, access funds, and solve global challenges facing Africa.

Participants are selected from diverse sectors in development from different countries in West Africa and encouraged to lead change boldly.

Agbaji said the exciting news of the selection of Mrs. Oluwatosin Idu-Okojokwu, the Executive Director of the organization as a 2023 GE’DA Fellowship Program Cohort 5, GE’DA, which means ‘Together Build ‘ as it aligns seamlessly with our core values of excellence and continuous learning and will further boost the organization’s visibility, expand her network and collaborations and further showcase our work to the world.

Agbaji said, “Over the next six months, Oluwatosin will connect with seventy leading change advocates selected from economic, political, arts, social change, media, and educational leaders drawn from close to 1,300 applications from over 30 African countries”.

The Fellowship Program Will focus on building technical expertise, cross-cultural bridges, and design solutions to transform communities across Africa and build the Africa we want.

The course model is designed from a proven African technical curriculum that addresses the African continent’s unique challenges, opportunities, and needs while leveraging global expertise and technology to drive positive social change.
