Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello has urged Nigerians to exercise patience with the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu-led administration, pointing out that had just taken the mantle of leadership and significant changes are already being witnessed.
The governor made this known on Wednesday while speaking to journalists immediately after the Sallah prayer at the checkpoint praying ground in Okene. At his home, the governor was accompanied by the Ohinoyi of Ebira land, Ado Ibrahim, the chief Imam of Okene, and other top government functionaries.
While the governor wishes the citizens a happy Sallah celebration, he assured them that Nigeria will be a better place under President Tinubu and added that his government would spearhead massive changes in several sectors for the nation and the people.
Governor Bello who was full of gratitude to God, asserted that after eight years of his administration, he would be leaving the confluence state better than he met it.
while emphasizing that his leadership will continue to do its best to deliver on all its promises to the people of the state.
Governor Bello urged the people to continue to be law-abiding and respect constituted authorities while they remain security conscious.
